Request Account Deletion

You can delete your Switch-Kick Mafia account at any time, directly from the app or by emailing us.

Delete from the app

1. Open the Switch-Kick Mafia app and sign in.
2. Go to the Settings tab.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Type DELETE in the confirmation box and tap Delete my account.

The app will:

• Cancel any active membership subscription immediately.
• Release your future class bookings and 1-to-1 slots so they can be re-booked by others.
• Remove your name, phone number, and contact details from our records.
• Sign you out and prevent future sign-in with this email address.

If you have unpaid cash bookings at the time you try to delete, the app will tell you the outstanding amount and ask you to settle in person with a teacher at your next class before completing deletion. Once settled, the deletion will go through.

Can’t sign in?

If you cannot access the app — for example you’ve forgotten your password or no longer have the device — speak to a teacher or admin in person at the gym and ask them to delete your account on your behalf. They will confirm once your account has been removed.

What we retain after deletion

For UK accounting, tax, and anti-fraud obligations we keep an anonymised record of past payments and attendance for six years. These records are no longer linked to your name, phone, or email and cannot be used to identify you. See the Privacy Policy for details.
