Legal documents for the Switch-Kick Mafia booking app
Last updated: 11 May 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Switch-Kick Mafia mobile booking app (the “App”). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
You must be 18 or over, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for activity that happens under your account.
If a class is full you can join a waitlist. Waitlists are first-in, first-out. When a place opens up, the person at the top of the queue is notified and has one hour to confirm payment and claim the spot. If you don’t confirm within that hour, the next person in the queue takes the spot and you drop one place. You can claim again the next time a spot opens up while you’re at the front of the queue.
You agree not to: use the App for any unlawful purpose; attempt to disrupt or compromise the service; impersonate another person; or interfere with other users’ bookings.
Switch-Kick Mafia training involves physical contact and combat sports. You confirm you are physically fit to participate and accept the inherent risks.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data on deletion.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
To the extent permitted by law, Switch-Kick Mafia is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the App or participation in classes, except where caused by our negligence in respect of death or personal injury. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
